Instructions on how to get started:
(IOS)​

Sample Campaign:

1. Open Ultimate Sale Dialer​​

2. Click on "New(+)" button.

3. Send the sample .csv file to your email address.

Creating a new campaign​​

1. Open the email containing your .csv file (leads)

2. hold the attachment for few seconds.

3. Choose Ultimate Sales Dialer to open the file.

4.  Give your campaign a Name and match column names.

5.  Launch Campaign when you are ready.

Sample Template

1. Download the WeeklyLeadsSample.csv Template.Click here.

2. Rename it and modify the contact list.

Note: contact list .csv file should have atleast following columns: HomePhone, FirstName, LastName

The application provides meaningful report on a campaign progress
The application will ensure that a person's name which is listed under do not call list will not be dialed.  Also users can add a phone number to do not call list by clicking on "Do Not Call" button from Contact Result Capture screen.
The application can be configured to work in preview mode or power mode.  In preview mode, the user will be presented with contact information with Dial Now button.  When user clicks on Dial button, the application makes the outbound call.
Another built in functionality is detailed reporting.  Users can view summary of a particular campaign to see how many contacts have been reached, resulted in error etc.  Also the application allow the user to export detailed reports to CSV file.
This application allows the user to create unlimited number of new campaigns and allow them to load contacts from CSV file or Contact Groups.  Also user can specify a start date and an end date so the application validates campaign before launching it.
The application let user create campaigns, manage cmapaign status and contacts within campaign.
The application allow user to schedule a call back with one click.  Also it provides a flexability to schedule call back at a specific date and time.
