1. Where do I find a template for the CSV format?

2. When I import my contacts, I am getting a message "contact does not have a valid phone number ".  Why is it?
Please make sure the column that contains the phone number is named HomePhone.  At minimum the csv file should contain the following columns:  HomePhone, FirstName and LastName.  If you still experience an issue, please send your .csv file to our support team at carthi_shan@yahoo.com.
3.  I have loaded in my campaigns. When I go to launch campaign, I see no available campaigns too launch. What's t the fix?
Most likely reason is that end date of the campaign is already expired.  To extend the end date, click the button "+ month to Endate" in the campaign detail screen.
4.  Not all contacts are getting loaded from .csv file into the campaign?
Most likely reason is contact name or address has a ' in it.  For example: Steve's Pizza.  The workaround is to search and replace ' with empty character in Excel and save .csv file before loading it.  (A fix will be available soon)

5.  Having issues purchasing MobilCTI power dialer or Sales Dialer Pro using carrier billing...

6.  What is the difference between MobilCTI power dialer and Sales Dialer Pro?

Sales Dialer Pro has all the functionality of power dialer plus it has inbound caller information. For example, one of your customer part of your campaign called you back, it will have all the info about the customer you can see before answering the call. Also it will take you to right disposition screen for the inbound call so you can take notes.
